Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, the contact page is the fastest way to ask.
What kinds of web tools does Veneris Labs build?
We build focused, browser-based tools and micro-tools: compressors and converters, generators, calculators, validators, and other small utilities that do one job well. We also build the informational websites and landing pages that support them.
Can you build a custom online tool for my business?
Yes. If a useful tool exists in your head but not yet on the web, we can design and build it. We start by discussing the problem it solves and who will use it, then propose a scope you can approve before any code is written.
Do you work on small MVPs?
Yes — a large share of our work is small. We regularly scope single-tool MVPs that can be designed, built, and launched in a matter of weeks. Small projects get the same senior attention as large ones.
Can you improve an existing web tool?
Yes. We audit existing tools for usability, speed, SEO, and maintainability, then redesign or rebuild the parts that are holding them back. We can work with your current codebase or start fresh where that makes more sense.
Are your websites mobile-friendly?
Yes. Every site and tool we build is designed mobile-first and tested from small phone screens up to large desktop displays. Controls are touch-friendly, text stays readable, and layouts adapt without horizontal scrolling.
Do you provide SEO foundations?
We build with on-page SEO in place from day one: clean semantic markup, unique titles and descriptions, structured data, sitemaps, and fast pages. We do not promise rankings — search results depend on many factors — but we make sure nothing technical is holding a site back.
Can tools process data directly in the browser?
Often, yes. Many utilities — image compression, QR generation, format conversion — can run entirely in the visitor’s browser. That means data is not uploaded to a server, which is better for privacy and often faster. We choose local processing whenever it is technically appropriate.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and iteration packages so tools keep working as browsers change and can grow based on real usage. The details of each arrangement are agreed individually — nothing is assumed.
How can I request a project estimate?
Use the contact form with a short description of the tool you have in mind, or email us directly. We reply with honest guidance and, where relevant, a scope and estimate. Availability, scope, pricing, and timelines are always discussed individually.
Where can I try your existing products?
Our two launched products are live now: Reduce Image File Size for compressing and resizing images, and Generate My QR for creating customizable QR codes. You will find links to both on the Work page and throughout this site.
Still have a question?
Describe the tool you have in mind and we will get back to you with an honest answer — usually within one business day.
